The bungalow was designed for the client’s sister after she retired. They wanted to be close to each other, and spend that season of their life together.
A shared outdoor space connects the 2 houses and creates a gathering place for the sisters to share morning coffee.
The bright and efficient interior is filled with natural light from an abundance of windows that are strategically placed to maintain privacy and maximize views. Playful design features and lofty ceilings help make the small space inviting.
